It is approximately 700 square feet yet has everything designed for convenience and comfort. There is a 50" and 40" smartTV over the see-through fireplace and fast reliable wi-fi for streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, a retro-style refrigerator, a dishwasher, plus everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals. A wall-mounted heating/cooling unit with electronic control will keep you at the perfect temperature and each unit has its own washer/dryer. Entry to the loft is by an electronic keypad lock, a Ring doorbell is installed, and there is a private locking mailbox for longer term stays. ​Weekend and monthly rentals are available.
