The Outdoor Patio: An event rental of 'The Brit' loft also includes private use of our 2200 square feet fenced patio accessed from the loft. There is a stage area to accommodate entertainment and outdoor seating has a maximum capacity of 80 guests.
What is provided? The provided seating accomodates 40 guests in a combination of tables, chairs, bar area and Adirondacks around a wood-burning firepit. There are patio umbrellas and a pergola over the bandstand area. Additional seating may be created by four available 6-ft folding tables.
